Here you can find some samples of the paperwork I made for my sound designs for Fences and The Music Man at Wright State University.
System Design Drawing - The Music Man
This System Design shows the progression of all of the parts of the sound system in the theatre. This gives the system engineer a blueprint to follow when the system is being assembled.
Orchestra Pit Layout - The Music Man
This Orchestra Pit Layout shows what sections of the musicians sat where. We had to allow for space for the various instruments. Everyone in the Reeds section played at least two different instruments if not more.

Sound Cue Sheet
The Sound Cue Sheet is paperwork for the Stage Manager. This lets them know when cues need to be called and played during the production. The Sound Board Operator will also follow along with the Cue Sheet to prepare for what is coming up in the production.
Speaker Spreadsheet
The Speaker Spreadsheet gives the engineer information on what speakers go where and how they are hung.
